Calling all product-minded tacticians! Courser is seeking a temporary Product Manager to join our fast-paced, high-impact Product Management team. This role is designed to provide immediate support for our go-to-market (GTM) execution, product documentation, and cross-geo alignment efforts. You’ll be the glue between strategy and execution—ensuring our product launches are not only successful but scalable across our diverse operational landscape. This is a contractor role with a six-month term, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation & Enablement: Create and maintain product documentation, including launch boxes, internal training materials, and customer-facing collateral. Collaborate with SMEs to ensure accuracy and clarity.
Cross-Geo Alignment: Work with regional leaders to harmonize product offerings, pricing, and packaging. Support the migration of legacy solutions into standardized bundles.
Product Launch Execution: Own the tactical rollout of new products, including coordination with GTM, sales, and technical teams. Ensure launches are timely, well-documented, and supported across all geographies.
Tool & Process Stewardship: Maintain and improve the Product SharePoint site, ensuring it remains the single source of truth for product information. Help define and refine internal product processes.
Support Strategic Initiatives: Support VP of Product Management to focus on strategic efforts like agreement consolidation, AI product development, and gross margin optimization.
Key Qualifications
Proven experience in product management, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or MSP environments.
Strong organizational and documentation skills—able to translate technical details into digestible content.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, and technical teams.
Familiarity with tools like SharePoint, ConnectWise, and Microsoft 365 is a plus.
Self-starter with a bias for action and a knack for simplifying the complex.
