General Overview:
Integrated Axis is a leader in the IT Outsourcing industry for small to medium sized businesses. Our mission is to “Deliver Phenomenal Experiences”.  We are currently seeking an energetic and talented Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with existing Integrated Axis customers to assess their current technology, identify gaps, and create roadmaps and budgets. 
Responsibilities:
  • Work with active customers to develop a deep understanding of their needs and translate those needs into product requirements that satisfy their demands.
  • Work with our customer alignment tools to help customers identify gaps in their existing technologies, create business and technical roadmaps for the coming 12 months, and associate a budget to the roadmap.
  • Cross-selling services and solutions to existing accounts.
  • Map customer needs to the existing product and service catalog.
  • Qualify, quote, and close new sales opportunities for current customers.
  • Receive requests for service and product details from customers while providing timely responses.
  • Conduct on-site or online presentations for customers.
  • Work with pre-sales to develop proposals and quotes based on best practices.
  • Effectively communicate features and benefits of solutions.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge (focused on business outcomes, not technology) - with a commitment to learn new things each week.
  • Perform sales procedures through activities and opportunities in our CRM while remaining compliant with our policies and procedures.
  • Attend weekly sales trainings and sales meetings to keep a pulse on potential new customers and transactions.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of technical account management or customer service experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Must possess excellent teamwork habits to function in cooperative, interactive technical group.
  • Must have a strong sense of customer satisfaction and desire for every customer interaction to be a positive one.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables where standardization may not exist.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, sales team, and customers.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
