Voice Services Specialist We are looking for a phone system help desk technician to join our team and provide technical support for our clients. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving phone system issues, as well as installing and configuring phone system hardware and software. You may also work on phone system projects, onsite installation, and eventually training end users.
Your day to day
Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Azure servers and solutions.
Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft on-premises servers and systems.
Monitor and optimize server performance, availability, and security.
Manage Active Directory, group policy, DNS, DHCP, and other network services.
Administer Exchange, Outlook, and other email and collaboration tools.
Administer SQL databases.
Perform backup and restore operations and ensure data integrity and availability.
Document and maintain server configuration, policies, and procedures.
Regularly review existing systems and make recommendations for improvements.
Diagnose and resolve complex server and network issues across multiple sites and devices.
Research and evaluate new technologies and best practices.
Provide technical support and training to other IT staff and end users.
Work within ticketing system and properly document work performed and record time spent.
Work directly with clients on projects.
Your experience

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
At least 5 years of experience as a windows server administrator.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft systems and applications: Windows Workstation, Windows Server, SQL Server, Active Directory, Terminal Services, Azure AVD.
High-level knowledge in: Linux, Microsoft Azure, Active directory, Exchange, Office 365 products, Microsoft Teams. Virtualization, Cloud, and Backup Technologies, Docker.
Experience with scripting languages, such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
Experience with Azure PowerShell, Azure CLI, and other automation tools.
Experience with network design, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Certification in Microsoft Azure services/solutions is a plus.
