Project Engineer 
We are currently seeking a talented Project Engineer to join our team. This Tier 3 Role is for you if you love working with a team that will support you as you work to build, migrate, secure, and troubleshoot technology environments. The ideal candidate must have excellent networking skills, firewall skills, and troubleshooting skills. The ability to read telemetry from third party reporting systems and develop a troubleshooting or recommendations roadmap is also important. 

Your day to day 

  • If you ready to provide onsite and remote projects supporting clients and work on a large variety of technical issues, which will keep you on your toes and expose you to learning the latest and greatest technologies all day every day then please keep reading… 

  • The IT Project Engineer will work with high-value clients, designing and implementing infrastructures and moving clients from on-prem to the cloud 

  • The IT Project Engineer will provide our valuable clients with the best customer service on-site and remotely 

  • The IT Project Engineer will perform hands-on Systems/Network engineering 

  • Day-to-day IT Project Engineer Responsibilities 

  • Creating client relationships, solving any complex technical issues, and providing solutions 

  • Knowledge of principles and methods applied to information technology infrastructure, planning, implementation, and management 

  • Coordinate with vendors to complete complex network infrastructure projects 

  • Design, Implement, and Support LAN/WAN technologies 

  • Installation of routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, etc. 

  • Remote access solutions: VPN, Terminal Services 

  • Design, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate customer’s networks and in-house servers 

Your experience 

  • Advanced experience with Windows Server, Active Directory 

  • Extensive Experience with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Office 365, and Microsoft Azure 

  • Excellent oral/written communication skills (emphasis on technical communication) in a business environment
